Is this a subscription?
No. Each map is a one-time purchase with the features included in the package you choose.
Do participants need an account or app?
No. They open your QR code or shared link in a browser and contribute without creating an account.
What do I actually receive?
Every package includes the interactive map and permanent link. Plus and Timeline Plus also include high-resolution PNG and print-ready PDF exports. No mailed print or frame is included.
Can people add photos and video?
Yes. Photos can be JPG, PNG, or WebP under 8 MB each. A map can include up to 10 minutes of video, with up to 20 clips of 60 seconds each.
What happens when contributions close?
You can pause contributions and reopen them later, or close them permanently. Existing contributions remain available, and the owner can continue managing the map and using the purchased features and exports.
