Cancellation and refund policy

Before personalization begins

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Orders that have not entered design, personalization, or production may be eligible for cancellation.

Personalized work

Because custom work is made for one couple, payments for completed design work, approved proofs, and products already in production are not refundable. Bespoke design fees cover creative work and revision rounds already performed.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the package and item. We will review printing defects, shipping damage, or differences from the approved proof and provide an appropriate replacement or remedy.

Digital products

If access was not delivered or the service materially fails to provide the purchased features, contact us so we can restore access or review a remedy.
