Digital Memento Map

Your Memento Map is available from your dashboard after checkout. Set up the couple, wedding date, venue, guest link, and map features there—no questionnaire, proof, production wait, or shipping is required.

Personalized physical keepsakes

Standard products use the customization details saved in your studio. A creative-direction questionnaire is only required when you purchase a bespoke design. We confirm any required proof and production schedule before making the piece.

Timing

Order physical keepsakes as early as possible; we recommend beginning at least eight weeks before your wedding. Bespoke work and revision rounds may require more time. Rush availability must be confirmed before purchase.

Proofs

When a proof is included, production begins after final approval. Please review names, dates, spelling, colors, quantities, and shipping address carefully.

Shipping

Digital products are delivered through your account. For physical products, free standard U.S. shipping is included where stated on the product page. Tracking is sent when the order ships. International, expedited, or replacement shipping may require a separate quote.
